Hey, it's the girl with the legs from that one fighting game!!! I forgot her name... and if the name is the title for this drawing then, spare me the humility.
Let me see, first of all I love the way you did the shadowing for the clothing, that goes for the folds too. You can tell from your accurate shading where the light hits her. And also the thing about your folds is that it's not just right there, you drew them since it'f from the way she is position, unlike many new artist we don't know where to put the folds so we just slap them on there...heh.
Second, I like the face expression, not like many anime girls who looks all cutesy, she actually looks tough, yet we still know she has that "girl" look. I also like the hair and the flow of ribbons (I like to draw flowy stuff too).
Last, I like the pose she is showing, like her face it shows toughness, and with the fact she has both hands in a fist toughing knuckle to knuckle, you can tell from it that she's not weak, nor scared. (also if you played the game, she can kick butt) Also the fact that she is wearing huge bracelets with spikes on it can make one pretty intimidated by her, no?
