Original here:I used the same lineart, but re-did the coloring. ^^ My coloring style is so much simpler now @_@ but I think her face looks way better at least.

I prefer this version better. Probably because I prefer simple shading over complicated one LOL. Maybe that and because my shading skills suck LOL and that every time I see better shading than mine I sulk

No really though! The old shading sucks so much. her face looks completely different from before, and all that changed was the coloring. xD Soft shading is so annoying to me now that I've gotten used to cell >_>;;;

Cell shading is easier than soft. I think soft shading only fits into the artwork if you plan on giving it a scenic or romanticism like atmosphere. :3
