oh thank you^^ well i looked it up in wiktionary and maybe it could mean something like this:
A milestone; an interesting number displayed on a web counter, such as 10000, 22222, etc.; particularly, one selected by the website owner for the purpose of giving a prize to whoever reaches it.
what i understand is, kiriban in terms of DA is a good number for pageviews, or well any number that you decide is a good/interesting number 
some artists often held some sort of a competition that whoever catches/screencap a kiriban on his/her page will be given a prize. for ex, an artist told his/her watchers that he/she's gonna give free artwork to whoever catch/screencap his/her 20.000 pageviews
but in my case here, when i say i did this strip to celebrate my 13K kiriban, tht means my pageviews at that time just reached 13,000 and i made this strip to celebrate^^
