I don't know maybe since there are only 4 chapters 'til know, I just need to wait maybe a little longer. But I thought that maybe could be the censorship or the fact that in the manga you can feel the tension and anxiety, no to mettion it is getting creepier as you read. Well...I can only wait to see if the anime can do that too
