Traits

Personality :
- Calm and emotionless (appearance wise only).
- Prone to feeling guilty. (He kinda takes blame to himself if anything goes wrong).
- Gentle (to strangers only, likes to make good first impression).
- Mischievous and likes to pick on others once you get to know him, a bit of a prankster.
- Spoilt, as in the sense that once he wants something, he will do everything to get it and sulk if he didn't.
- Caring and a tad overprotective to those important to him.
- He's pretty grumpy when someone talks to him when he's not in the mood to.

Strength :
    - Being a dragon, he is agile, but only in air. On foot, he is no faster than a lizard crawling (which is pretty fast, but he gets exhausted quickly if he does.)
- His element is water. He gets even faster in water, with the spikes and membranes on his body acting as a fin.
- Water control, of course. But this one drains energy even faster, and he isn't really good at this for now.
- He could transform only partially (part human, part dragon), enabling him to both fly and control water, but not as good as he is in full transformation.
- Immune to cold and water based attack.

Weakness :
- He gets hot quickly, and needs to cool down in the shade, true to his reptilian roots.
- Although capable of reaching high speed, his unwillingness to turn into a dragon is a liability during confrontation.
- His stamina is very limited because he doesn't really do much physical exercise.
- His main weakness- thunder. Water does not get along with electricity well, and this is true for Levi. A contact with electricity leaves him immobilized and badly injured.

-     He likes to nap and will always sneak a nap in between everything.
