Really a nice artists light touch here and a full understanding of the physics of the body. It would be wonderful to see woman with legs longer than the torso, but most often it's not like that and the legs are shorter than the upper body. This is NOT a criticism at all but taste in presentation is all. I like this one much better than what we normally see in real life. Ballet dancers are the opposite and that's why people view them as so beautiful because of the "line" they have with long necks and of course slender bodies, but "all legs" it seems as well.
Understanding that is why this form you drew looks so great.Β

I remember a time in like pre school or something that aΒ teacher told us that the "average" body is half legs and half upperbody + head
I know it's far from the truth, and I think more legs look better, but I feel like this is quite natural.

No...your teacher may have just said something easy to remember about the half/half thing or if you add the head then as I said the torso becomes quiet a bit longer with legs looking much shorter Β and "squaty" looking than the beautiful long thin line of longer legs. Everyone likes the longer legs but I bet only about 5 to 10% of woman have them because I hardly ever see them anyplace.
And believe me all guys look and when we see that type of proportion we all take notice and even comment about how her legs go up to her neck and yes that carries with it a sexual connotation also because it looks so beautiful.
As for ME personally.....I'm 6' 1'' tall and my legs are 18 inches long(45.72 centimeters) 
Okay...enough of the stupid stuff huh.....my legs are really normal size but I do wish they were longer.
