Question, how was it you were able to make them in Sims 3?! Could you tell me how? I want to start a new Sims family with the Professor Layton characters, but I'm not entirely sure how to do it.

Uh well, I just used the normal clothes, hairstyles etc from the Sims 3, I just changed their colours to make them look like Professor Layton characters..

That is on Sims 3. And on Sims 3 you can change the colours of the clothes. I didn't download any of the clothes ^^
I just took some clothes that looked similar to their, then I changed the colours to look exactly like theirs
