Haha, I don't have time to draw something nice, but here's a superfast speed painting of the new legendary pokemon.I think this is the first time I've been really excited about a new pokemon since gold and silver.
(~30 mins. That was a lot of design to suddenly absorb)

These two shall definitely make the new generation feel better than the previous, especially since Pokemon seems to have gone back to it's origins: colored games, and more animalistic Pokemon, and badass legendaries...the fact the player characters are older helps too.

It's about time the Pokemon designers got out of their little box and had a look at some of the copycat games that have had better designs (Tales of Symphonia 2, I'm looking at you).

I'm actually in love with the legendaries for the first time in 4 years. Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, and Arceus SUCKED BALLS. Thank God that we've gone back to normal animalistic pokemon of epic proportions.

I wasn't real keen on Kyogre or Groudon either. But yes, I like the pokemon that look like animals, not robots. :<

Oh, well as a little kid I really loved Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. I just kinda accepted it. Kyogre looks like a fish, and groudon like a dinosaur. But dialga and palkia....not really dinos...just kinda japanese robots. meh. dialga=conehead, palkia=wtf, giratina=centipede (UGLY), arceus = deer/forest spirit from princess mononoke. haha.

He really is! Hard to speedpaint though, all those little lines. I'll do a proper drawing of him when I'm less busy.
