Full View!!! or else that black background will ruin it!I was reading Jump and they had a preview of the manga Ultimo (by Stan Lee and Hiroyuki Takei) and I really liked the way the characters were drawn. I was inspired to do fanart!
lol My reference was page 15 of the first chapter. Btw, Ultimo is supposed to be a boy. My mom thought it was a girl and then I told her it was a guy and she said he was gay. I feel like I should make it clear that I did draw this. It's not just a colored version of a manga scan. I used a page from Ultimo for the reference, drawing it exactly as I could to the original but it's no traced or scanned. D:

Oh. Um, that link was a while ago, so I'm not sure if it still works. There's 15 chapters now translated on the internet (in English), 20 in the Shonen Jump magazine, and 16 in the volumes. Sadly, there's more chapters, but Shonen Jump stopped publishing it in the magazine due to a certain scene in chapter 21. Reply if you want specifics about translations and such.

lol, i ordered the first 4 volumes, i didnt order the fith one on amazon cause id have to wait when its released, so in the next 4-8 buisness days now, ill have the mangas <3 i also have the shohen jump magazine with ultimo on it, and ive been doing "copys" of it, just looking at the image and trying to draw it perfectly, ill try to upload them (if i can figure out how) and ill ask anyone is they see any almost exactness of the drawings with an image side-by-side comparison

lol, ironically, the first 4 volumes came in 2 days after i ordered them XD, also the ones i ordered from amazon are entirely english, no japanese so im happy i can understand what the people are saying

well, i got the books off amazon, fith one comes out in june and all of em are english, and yes i know what happens...wait, you mean the weird awkward thing sayama finds at yamato's apartment? if so, then yeah IT WAS HILARIOUS!!

Yep. The Shonen Jump magazine, a monthly magazine that includes popuar series such as Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, etc. posted a chapter of Ultimo every month until the cancelation between chapters 20 and 21. So I know what happens up to chapter 20, which is the last chapter in volume 5. I also know roughly what happens in the other ones since there were Chinese scanlations online so I could at least see the pictures for what happens during the next few chapters. Online translations started at chapter one, but ony got up to chapter 16. Then, luckily, someone else at least translated the forbidden chapter. So, yea. Technically, the 5th volume hasn't come out in the U.S., but all the chapters in it have come out in the magazine. XD I'll pm you the chapter. ^^ The good thing about the chapter is that, because of it, now all the volumes are going to come out quicker and completely uncensored. (at least that's what Shonen Jump promised its readers... >.>) The bad thing is, it's the chapter that got Ultimo cancelled in the magazine, so instead of getting a chapter every month, now I need to wait who knows how long to get only 4 chapters per volume. -.-; But, since I get the volumes anyway, at least it gives me more of a purpose in buying the volumes other than just being a total fanatic of the series.

lol. Sorry, had a bit of a fan rant there. I do that a lot with Ultimo. After all, it's basically the only manga I read. And also the only manga I have read before the anime for it came out.

It's basically when you keep babbling on about something you really like. Like for me with Ultimo, you asked that one simple question of how I know about what happens in volume 5 and then I get into this whole speech about Shonen Jump cancelling Ultimo and such.

Yep. Fangirls can do that, especially otakus, which I am. XD In case you don't know, that basically means super obsessed with something in Japanese, typically used for super fangirls of anime/manga. I think I fit that description perfectly with Ultimo.

Yep. Most people would. I'd probably be one of the ones in the attacking fangirls group, so I'd probably be safe. Unless I were in cosplay, then I'd be glomped by crazys fangirls such as myself.
