Well... in game a block is a meter and they're 3 blocks tall sooo.... ._.

1 meter is 3 feet . Steve the player is 6 feet tall. Enderslime is 9-10 feet tall (along with other Enderman. )
(why I said about 10 is because 1 meter is 3.28 feet. So 3 meters is 9.84 feet. Almost 10. )
