i dont know if you've already got this figured out, but make sure all the textures are in the same folder as the models save point.

yea i put them in there loaded it into the shirt still didn't do anything

well if the shirt is a .png file, then if you go to the shirts settings and it says tex\shirt.png then you might wanna delete the tex\ part and press enter. hope it works

the textures aren't .png files there notepad (.txt) files

i don’t think those work with pmx? i only know tga, png, and jpg work with pmx.
