WAH! I made it... I drew a Female and ... and ... she even looks Female! I mean WOW I really cant draw Women but she actually does look kinda Cute doesnt she?
So that aside, jes the second Character in the Show that actually Died, Splatter Phoenix. The First was Major Synapse which I brought back as a Being of Pure Mental Energy. But as what did I bring her back? Well I didnt bring he back at all. Splatter Pheonix is Dead. But how can she be here then? Keep reading and youll see ^^

Background Info:
Splatter Phoenix, one of the most Bizarre Foes Darkwing Duck ever had. She posessed a Magic Brush or Paint, that is unsure till today, which can bring Drawings to Life, turn them into intire Dimensions which she can visit or can create Abstract Art Pieces in real life just by drawing them into the Air.
But she found her tragic demise after she got hit by Paint Thinner. She melted into a Black Puddle of Paint. Darkwing couldnt explain it, was she herself a Drawing, but then who drew her? A Question to be answered later, a lot ... a real lot later.
So we dont know how but Splatter Phoenix returned. She called herself Splatter Phoenix the Second. That could imply she may be the Originals Daughter but she looks like the Same age or she could be a totally new recreated Splatter Phoenix. That too is a Question nobody knows the Answer of.
But Fact is after Darkwing encountered her the first Time he could tell she acted, behaved and looked just like the First. She even seemde to have some of the same Memories cause she claimed to take Revenge on him even though she hesitated. Her abilitys where also the exact same as the Originals, even her Crimes where the same.
But how she came to be, how she does what she does is a Mystery just as the Question what does she truly want. As much she has in common with the original something seems strangely off.
