....I just finished watching your promo ad. Well done. I liked that you have the little self illumination poster on the side of the building.

I did notice though, on the very last shot when the car whips around to the last front left 3/4 view, that the top of the front wheel well appears to intersect the tire. I thought maybe it was motion blur, but after looking closer, I'm not so sure.

Looks fantastic. Your book looks very enticing too. Rhino3d was the first package I tried 3D in years ago, but it was so buggy and crashed all the time. I ended up learning 3ds max....which I now use every day at work. I would love to read your book though, being a mechanical engineer, I'd love to be able to model with NURBS. Just don't have the time to learn right now.

Great render too...I just started using iRay a week ago. Actually, just posted my first car render with it a few days ago. I'd love to see your studio setup for this.
The only thing I'm not convinced on is the tire material. Looks a bit too shiny to me. A bump map sidewall would have pushed this over the top.

Good luck on the book, your promo material make it's look super pro, so I hope it does well. Hope to find some time to get it and go through it as well.

Cheers,

Drew
