Great tutorial, I'll try it out! Thank you very much~^^
I have a question. Do you turn off pen pressure when you do the lineart, or no? My hand isn't exactly the steadiest and I tend to make lines of varying thickness...

Very well drawn, I admire the structure plus the figure itself. Amazing touches to it along with such creativity. This is true art here, and I admire it highly!! 10/10 of course!!

Hope you don't mind if i reply to you(even if the question isn't for me)a tablet is a special computer created specifically to draw,it's looks, just like a paper but with sensor surface and also uses a pen to draw on it .In base of the pressure you apply on it it changes the type of the line(from the heaviest one to the finest one). You may buy them in tec or computer shops look on the accessories sector, there will surely be the one you are looking for.

Hello there, I was wondering if you might mind telling me what I'm doing wrong after I click stroke in the edit tab, because that is supposed to, according to this tutorial, create the line along which the path was, but it doesn't seem to do so. I make sure that the brush tool is on, that it's big enough to be seen, that it's black, that it's not got a low opacity or anything, but it won't work. Anything you can advise me on here?

i'm getting rather irriated with step three. My layer wont lighten up. It just makes the pen darkness lighter. i'm so confused and it's annoying ._.

Great tutorial and all, except, I don't have photoshop I have Adobe photostudio:sad:
(Is there no other way?!) lol
Anyway, I was still wondering, how are you supposed to color it? Is there some 'special' way you need to do it

One question!
Is it normal that my tablet lags when I try to draw with a brush or pen? (- -; ) & is there any way to fix the lag?

nice tutorial!
very helpful- but there is one thing that i can't figure out- how do you know which lines should be thick or thin?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
999Murderdoll666 In reply to naruto-otaku [2010-05-23 14:18:40 +0000 UTC]
That would be based on what your drawing and your personal preference. But you could use the pen tilt in photoshop and it will make the lines thinner or thicker by the pressure you put on the tablet and the curve you make with the pen,and if you use a mouse and use the pen tool,i think it does something similar.
Meh,i suck at explaining stuff xD

You explain kinda... weird. Or then I'm just stupid.
Like, what is the ''third point''?
When I press CTRL on the line it just moves the line from place to other, where the cursr goes....
