I've received the book yesterday and I must say that this is the best purchase I've made this month. I do believe it was cheaper on pre-orders and I wish I had gotten at least have a dozen more at the time. Everything inside it is wonderful and I've done what I could to share this book with others. They all loved it! Thanks for this wonderful book you've made.
