can i guess how you did it? Did you master scale a grand julian similar to those of claire jones and use a glass or ocean ripple filter via photoshop?

Actually the only things I did with photoshop were sharpening and some color and contrast corrections. The whole effect was done using apophysis....

ah i see. My only suggestion is maybe (how do i say this...) "raising the opacity" for the fractal and each piece of it. What I mean is this: If you look at one julia circle, you can see through it and on to the next. I would suggest making the pieces not so transparent, because It would make each detail more profound. But alas this is just one opinion
