'On the night I feel that thing again, the hunger that overtook me on the beach, I know this would have happened anyway. That what I need to survive is not Gale's fire, kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on, no matter how bad our losses. That it can be good again. And only Peeta can give me that.'So after, when he whispers, "You love me. Real or not real?"
'I tell him, "Real."'

(Not that it's important, but when I was in the middle of drawing this, I thought "OMG, what is Katniss doing kissing FRODO?" because, honestly, Peeta looks more like Frodo (Elijah Wood) than Peeta...so, needless to say, I lol'd a bit over that.)

hhahahaha, FRODO! Awsome work. My friend and I use to discuss about this scene. Before, I thought she was just refearing to the moment she realized she loved Peeta, but then I looked a drawing like this one, like...in a bed...and, you know, that seemed that "something" happend (xD) and the "so, AFTER, when he whispers..." and I got MMAADD and started shouting OMG AFTER WAT AFTER WAT?????!!!!! now I think this acctually happened, but my friend refuses to accept it, and says NO DEY WERE JUST TALKIN' and she justify it by saying "in the epiloge says after 5-10-15 years...."
And well, I just wanna know if Suzanne was refearing to THHAAATT or not....help.

Oh I think she definitely was, it just would've seemed crude to put sex in a book...about...you know...children killing each other...totally inappropriate, sex. In a young adult book about... kids killing each other. Sex at the end would've probably put that book in the M rating...because, ya know, sex would've been too much...what with the brutal murders and everything.

a.) slam the door in his face and wait for gale to show up.
b.) blush and back up, confused.
c.) scream, "I love you, Peeta!", take the flowers, and tackle him in a big hug.
