Tussilago farfara, Coltsfoot, for once I can actually tell you what kind of plant I'm taking a picture of
I love them, they are the sure sign of spring
I'm away from Oslo, there are not many underground stations here
Post-processing
Lightened and turned up the contrast a bit in camera raw. Also adjusted the wb and gave the picture a warmer tone.
Turned up the contrast on the bacground with two black and white layers, one set to overlay (100%) and one set to soft light (50%). Gave the picture an even warmer hue by adjusting the colour channels with curves.
Cropped to square.

They are called hestehov in my dialect here as well, but I prefer Leirfivel

Some little space around the motive but well chosen motive and focus point!

A bit too little space, I agree with you there, at least it should have been a tiny space between the flower and the frame to the right, as it is to the left.
I'm not always sure if I want a picture in square or the original format, and too rarely I photograph as if I'm going to crop to square. So in this case, there wasn't anymore space at the top or bottom so that I could make the frame bigger.
