This is my new villain i made, his name is Tora.

Ok before you say anything (yeah, he looks like Cumber form Super Dragon ball Heroes) your not wrong lol, well here is a bit of his backstory

He was created and has been imprisoned for a long time and has the Saiyan DNA of Cumber in his blood and veins, he became like a item to others who just put their foot down towards him, but Tora did things the hard way and is very aggressive, violent and merciless to his foes. He very strong and also very fast as well and has the ability to go SSJ, SSJ2 and SSJ3 whenever he wants to.

Luckily for him, he escaped the prison and is now free to do whatever he wants, but the doctors and many more who helped created Tora are trying to hunt him down and bring him back, but he refuses to go back to that hell hole, he will kill and destroy anyone who stands against him.

The Heroes are gonna have to be careful against this guy.
