Description
One of my pet peeve with the C64 version of Atomix is it's awful title screen. It's as if the quality of the port was completely neglected, which isn't really a surprise, because Thalion started off as Atari ST demosceners fixated on releasing cutting edge technology games, and the C64 wasn't exactly a cutting edge technology platform at the time. Their earlier games had C64 ports, but their interest in creating them waned in a short time.

In the end, Atomix was their last C64 release, with a halfheartedly made raw conversion of the Amiga title screen, and the background music borrowed from somewhere else. Still a good game nevertheless, so I thought it might be interesting to show how good the screen could have been with a little extra investment of time and effort.
