Description
Finally, I coloured this picture, which was inspired by 's work [link] . This is quite an oldie - two years old; submitted it in 2009 [link] and worked with 'im from time to time (if you look in my scraps you'll find wip). Anyway, I'm happy that it can leave my mind now.Black gel ballpoint pen (for lines), black woodless pencil, coloured inks

But the media makes the difference - I think, oil paint is more difficult to work with

Um one day for head and bit of neck, other for the rest of neck and one leg, another day for other leg, some braches and grass, fourth day for the rest - everything was done through two years ' cause I needed some mental preparedness for working only with green, brown, yellow and black inks.

Woah, a big difference from line art to color. I love the idea. I have seen trees that look like that and could easily imagine a dragon in them.
