Description
Finally, I coloured this picture, which was inspired by 's work [link] . This is quite an oldie - two years old; submitted it in 2009 [link] and worked with 'im from time to time (if you look in my scraps you'll find wip). Anyway, I'm happy that it can leave my mind now.Black gel ballpoint pen (for lines), black woodless pencil, coloured inks

Really nice colors and composition on this. I also have a simalar character in my gallery. anyway the shading is pretty good but doesn't come out much because the tree dragon misses highlights. You should check out forests and trees with lots of backlightning.

That's alright. It's good if watchers just enjoy the pictures... The praises the thief get could be easilly directed to the original artist. Afterall, you yourself know the real thruth. I doubt the stealer could feel any real joy in heart.

Hi , Absolutely love the pic . Im writing a childrens book called the Dragon Tree and the grimoire . It's my first book and it might not even get published but I'm looking for this kind of art work for it .Can you tell me how much would it cost for me to use it . Hello , I was just worried about the copyright. I needed to know if I reproduce it in my book ( which will get you lots of coverage) assuming the book sells! If I was breaching any copyright. Im new to all this and Im not very knowledgeable about copyright ,all I know is I loved the pic and it seemed very suitable to the theme of my book if I choose to use it somewhere . So I think what Im saying is , Is it ok if I use the piccy somewhere in my book as an illustration and if so I will be more than happy to send you several signed copies OR Do I need to pay you for that . Either way I'm still not sure if my publisher will want to use it so it is all a bit up in the air . Options abound but I thought it best to ask you first as you were the one who spent hours drawing it .

Yes! I finished it the first day I got home and I'm pretty happy with it (mom and dad also said that it looks good). About shadows, because of them it took so long (mixing inks is a serious business)
