Okay...
The Doctor as Celebi is brilliantly spot-on. A One Hundred Percent perfect match between the character and the Pokemon. Plus, I LOVE the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant is very sexy, and I'm a straight man).
On the other hand... The Master as Dialga...
I'll be honest, a MONUMENTALLY better fit for A Legendary like Dialga would have to be Rassilon. Both are equally grand and larger than life in regards to the lore surrounding them, and the fact that they live up to said lore.
I'd say the Master would be better as, well, another Celebi, to be honest. Especially considering that in the Rebooted DW, he was remodeled to be more like an evil version of the Doctor. Kind of like opposite sides of the same coin.
Still, that's just a minor nitpick. There is literally nothing else to complain about with this. It's absolutely fantastic, or rather, Brilliant.

Ohmygod this is the best thing I've ever seen. And the chosen Pokemon fit so well! Celebi!Ten looks so airy-fairy and spontaneous, like he's ready to dash off and have fun. Dialga!Master's rigidness is a great contrast.

I could see Matt Smith more as a Celebi than Tennant, but this is still a great piece. Keep up the great work and I'm really looking forward to see more works like this and the continuation of the White challenge.

I like how the Doctor is the 10th with the color feel of the 6th due to being based off of Celebi. I like this.
