EXPOSITION TIME!!! And some foreshadowing I guess. I'm very interested to see how people feel about Kynim right now. FYI, assume Kynim's current battle team is same as Cynthia's in BW/BW2.
This was meant to be a full flashback and not a narration update but it ran too long so a lot of details were played down/abridged. Hope that this is alright.
I think if you still havent, it's a good time to read the prequel run

I honestly think that in this head-canon, Nina inherit her ability to understand Pokémon of Byron, Kynim can't understand Pokémon, neither can Roark (I think). And Byron has an obsession with Fossils... I thought it may lead to something, like he can feel Pokémon of millions of years ago through the fossils and people think he's crazy. But that's just me.
By the way, I miss Team Gaga, they had a great taste in music and were quite funny to watch. Yay Gohan!

I doodled up my Diamond comic fast so everyone just looks young in general. And I don't have to apply the "trainers start at 10 years old" thing in my own comics. Plenty of nuzlocke comics ignore it so it's not just me. Plus, even in my 20s I have been mistaken for a middle school student on occasion so don't assume my Diamond protag is 10 :/

"You did ask me take care of Nina"(that panel where alder is speaking) sounds kinda weird maybe correct it to "You did ask me TO take care of Nina maybe he's saying "You did ask me 'take care of nina'." Like quoting kynim. but yeah amazing as always and that neo galactic concept is really interesting ^_^ awesome backstory and yeah cant wait for the next one. (went kinda crazy on the typeo sorry XD)

I grew up in America for more than half my life, my mom left me with my brother there the last 2 years I lived there
Then she sends me back to the Philippines when all I want is to go back to America...sigh
All she's doing is making me hate her and the Philippines more and more each day
