Hi! Would I be able to use this as a visual reference in a Visual Communication portfolio? I'm designing characters as a project and this is similar to how I want to lay out my designs, but its a requirement for my class to have inspiration/references for basically everything. You'll of course be getting credit, its another requirement when we (students) take inspiration off the internet.

I actually really like this design! I've seen so many different designs of the supposed original design, but a lot of them didn't really feel unified. They just felt like elements of Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem put together rather than an original creature. Based on this design, this really looks like a creature that was split into three dragons (Kyurem being what was leftover of Reshiram and Zekrom). There's subtle details that come from each dragon, but none in particular that give one or another away.
Once again, major props to the design. These concept sketches also feel very Game Freak-esque, so extra props on that!

Nintendo/Game Freak/Creatures Inc., if you are reading this (unlikely but there's always a chance) make Vahirom the first fakemon to be an actual pokemon. Ms. Ky-nim here is obviously a talented artist and at least give her some credit. Ky-nim, you are awesome and are the reason I have started doing nuzlockes. I hope you keep making wonderful art in the future

You know what I find ironic about this guys typing? The fact that Steel type moves aren't very effective against both Reshiram and Zekrom, but are super effective against Kyurem.

Just found an error on this but on where the wings are shown. It says The the ends can expand for flight (?) It says 'the' twice. I thought I would let you know ^.^ But overall, this is a really awesome design of Vahirom!

Can I ask for more expressions out of Vahirom and permission to use in a FF?
I was kinda finding something involving the Original Dragon from the Tao Trio and decided yours looked best and was maybe hoping to use it.

I asked this because I would rather write down the character as opposed to drawing sketches because you will not really be using the drawings to begin with, especially if it's fic. I can tell its character without having to draw it.

I'd probably want the general attitude of it, as I do plan to have it appear around the same events in Pkmn B2/W2 in replacement for Kyurem's two forms debut, and a little something else that I'm sorting out and about.

Back and here are some things you might like to use for your FF:
Vahirom is not a very combative Pokemon, and it does not fear being around people (if anything, people feared it due to its sheer size and charisma).Β It will only attack back if someone provokes it, and even then, it will attack just enough so that they back off. Ancient Unovans would pray to it for guidance, since Vahirom was reported to make judgments after taking account of both sides of a given situation. It is fiercly protective of the region it created, and will do anything to preserve the land (although some of the ways it has tried to do it - i.e. splitting into Zekrom and Reshiram - some people might not see it as being "protective").
"Hero"-wise, Vahirom is drawn to people who are not particularly biased to any one thing ("nothing is in Black and White, all is in Grey"). A person who fully recognizes that every solution to a problem has its positive and negatives will appeal greatly to the dragon. Like Zekrom and Reshiram, once it chooses its hero, it will help them with their goals.

""Hero"-wise" sounds similar to how I planned my character, but its more from "common" sense rather than completely situational observant.
Since I'm now in that "lets go ahead and spoil it a little" mood that writers can regret afterwards, lets get it over with.
I do plan to have him be resurrected by Team Plasy, and he does fight said character, since Kyurem was being held by Ghetsis, I'm using the assumption that mind control was implied in the game.
That and I had a "What the hell, hero?" trope kinda going, still tossing it about.
I do, though, plan to have Vahirom actually stay as he is, even after getting beaten.

And hmmm, I think your idea is quite interesting. Mind control makes sense to me since I consider Kyurem like a fragment of Vahirom, and doesn't have the will that the original dragon had so was manipulated into Plasma's side

Its what my first speculation on it was too, minus the "will from the original dragon" part.
Thing is, this is gonna be happening in possibly late to very late chapters, since I'm wanting to give the adventure expanded from one region to the rest of em.
