My Modest-natured Chandelure in my regular White game~She is such a boss!
Because of the many gothic dress-like gijinkas of female chandelures out there, I tried to modernize the design a little bit~

Anne's moveset is Hex,Will-o-wisp, ShadowBall, and Flame Burst.
I like the 100 bp with Hex when the victim gets burned, Shadowball and Flame burst for reliable stab

level it up to 41 and from lampent to chandelure you use a dusk stone
