My Modest-natured Chandelure in my regular White game~She is such a boss!
Because of the many gothic dress-like gijinkas of female chandelures out there, I tried to modernize the design a little bit~

(FFFF I hate the way Hydreigon is spelled. I keep accidentally calling it 'Hydregedion')
