I’m not sure if abilities like Cloud Nine and stuff will affect Primal Weather but if it does….

I did have fun making all the ORAS graphic stuff tho
EDIT: Apparently Cloud Nine CAN override heavy weather (so you can use fire moves in Primordial Sea, water moves in Desolate Land)! Moldbreaker can't though. (VIDEO LINK)
AND UNLESS THERE IS FULL GAME FOOTAGE DISPROVING THE VIDEO I LINKED HERE , I WILL ASSUME CLOUD NINE WILL OFFSET PRIMAL WEATHER. Granted they hacked in the abilities into the demo, but assuming they didn't hack the ability game mechanic itself and/or the ability mechanic changes from the demo, it still is valid to me.
EDIT: CLOUD NINE/AIR LOCK BLOCKING PRIMALWEATHER IS CONFIRMED (check the FAQ section to see how Heavy Weather works)!!!

I came across a wild golduck and it had the cloud nine ability and my kyrogre was in it's primal form and the cloud nine affect tried to come into affect but a notification saying "the weather is too extreme" so the heavy rain/primordial sea just kept on going through the battle...which didn't last very long at all....idk could just be a thing with the game. or im commenting without reading the description or links properly lol XD

The animation of the weather continues but the water attack bonus/inability to use fire in Primordial Sea and vice versa for Desolate Land works :U
Here's a nice VS recorder video proof that I can use fire moves in Primal weather as long as cloud nine is active: TDNG-WWWW-WWWF-KC8S
Look at how the "weather" move does not work but Flame charge does
