I’m not sure if abilities like Cloud Nine and stuff will affect Primal Weather but if it does….

I did have fun making all the ORAS graphic stuff tho
EDIT: Apparently Cloud Nine CAN override heavy weather (so you can use fire moves in Primordial Sea, water moves in Desolate Land)! Moldbreaker can't though. (VIDEO LINK)
AND UNLESS THERE IS FULL GAME FOOTAGE DISPROVING THE VIDEO I LINKED HERE , I WILL ASSUME CLOUD NINE WILL OFFSET PRIMAL WEATHER. Granted they hacked in the abilities into the demo, but assuming they didn't hack the ability game mechanic itself and/or the ability mechanic changes from the demo, it still is valid to me.
EDIT: CLOUD NINE/AIR LOCK BLOCKING PRIMALWEATHER IS CONFIRMED (check the FAQ section to see how Heavy Weather works)!!!

you can do it on each deviation as you submit (it's the lowest options right before clicking submit and under which folder to put it in your gallery!)
OR you can click "manage deviations" when you hover over submit, and mass disable sharing /o/

Cloud Nine and Air Lock do override Primal Weather abilities. The weather is still there, but the effects are gone.
I still think Moldbreaker can also work too, but only for the Pokemon that has the ability.
