I’m not sure if abilities like Cloud Nine and stuff will affect Primal Weather but if it does….

I did have fun making all the ORAS graphic stuff tho
EDIT: Apparently Cloud Nine CAN override heavy weather (so you can use fire moves in Primordial Sea, water moves in Desolate Land)! Moldbreaker can't though. (VIDEO LINK)
AND UNLESS THERE IS FULL GAME FOOTAGE DISPROVING THE VIDEO I LINKED HERE , I WILL ASSUME CLOUD NINE WILL OFFSET PRIMAL WEATHER. Granted they hacked in the abilities into the demo, but assuming they didn't hack the ability game mechanic itself and/or the ability mechanic changes from the demo, it still is valid to me.
EDIT: CLOUD NINE/AIR LOCK BLOCKING PRIMALWEATHER IS CONFIRMED (check the FAQ section to see how Heavy Weather works)!!!

It may be able to counter the effects, but Groudon with 180 base att, Kyogre with 180 base s-att and both having 90 base speed will wipe the floor with Psyduck/Golduck before it has the chance to do anything.

What about primal Dialga, why does nobody ever talk about him? All I'm saying, you can get every legendary obtainable in previous games in the gen three remakes. It's possible to have primal dialga soon.

The primal Dialga in PMD2 was not an actual Primal Pokemon. It's original japanese name translated to something like "Dark Dialga"
It was never supposed to be a primal Pokemon, just a dark version of Dialga. But tbh I kinda hope for Gen 4 remakes with Primal Dialga and Palkia

Well of course gen 4 remakes are going to exist in gen 7. The reason why gen 3 wasn't remade in gen 5 was that not that many giant changes were added in 4 and 5. Gen 6 has a completely new engine, amie, a new type, megas, super training, the PSS, changed stats, and even more.

What about the Heavy Rain that followed immediately afterwards? It's supposed to cancel all weather effects, not just one. Cloud Nine should keep any and all weather from forming.
