Technically she doesn't have a name, and is usually called by what she is. Most of the time she fails to remember and respond to her nicknames.
Age: Nearly 1800 years old.
Maybe. Her memory only goes back that far, though it's quite possible that she's older.

Race / Species: Snow Maiden (Yuki-Onna) | Demon Spirit | UNCONFIRMED
As a Snow Maiden, there are some who believe she is a spirit, and some others that believe she is a demon. In all reality, she is both.

Hair Long; white that fades to light blue ends.
Faction: Earthra; still "loyal" to Ares even if she no longer takes orders from them.

Other: Self-Employed Ice-Weapon Specialist
Area of Residence: Amahara Gardens; she has transplanted a Winillow (a large "winter willow"; magic infused tree) near the lake that separates Amahara Gardens and Fahlenwood. The magical tree snows beneath it's branches at night, and Sylvia has had a small home/cabin constructed nearby.

Deep within the Ganbaata Tundra; in an area that most deem too cold to travel to.

Faction Change. Area of Residence Change.

Sylvia's feelings concerning the faction change are complex. She is normally unfeeling of many things, so the change has left her confused by the torn feelings she got in result of going to Earthra. She still feels strongly about Ares beliefs and reasons for the war but at the same time she wants peace.

Abilities:

Snow Transformation | |: A transformation she only does when she feels her life is in danger. Although anyone can easily see the snow she disperses into; those who can see the dead would also be able to see that she is actually in the form of a spirit/ghost, appearing almost completely transparent when she is surrounded by snow. This transformation is completely draining though, and typically takes anywhere from two to four days for her to regain the energy to transform back into her human form, trusted that she is in an area with large amount of water and/or snow.

If she emerges from a fight with serious wounds or injuries, she will also transform into this form. Depending on how serious the injury is, it could take weeks or longer before she returns to her usual form.

Water Transformation | LIABILITY |: An "ability" she ultimately can't control, and a weakness. When she gets too hot, or she becomes overly embarrassed, she will quite literally melt into a puddle; an animated puddle. While in this form, she loses all senses other then her natural sense of clinging to the nearest water/ice/snow source, even someone with a colder body temperature much like her own. Unlike her Snow Transformation, once she comes in contact with a large source of water/ice/snow, she can transform back to her original form immediately; this is because her energy is not used when she melts...

When and if she melts in a place that has no water sources(ex: a desert), the puddle she transforms into will typically cling to her ice-weapon that gives off a cold aura. If by small chance she doesn't have this weapon on her, she will eventually just evaporate. This won't kill her; but she would have to wait until she is rained back down to regain her form.

Snow / Ice Manipulation | |: As the ability implies, she is able to manipulate snow and ice, and water only to the extent of transforming it into one of it's frozen cousins. Her ice abilities include the forming of all-ice weapons to use against enemies. Her favorites include; extending ice along her fingers in the shape of claws and sometimes in more serious situations engulfing her entire arms into large ice appendages, and blocking with large walls of ice when defending from large-scale attacks.

Levitation | |: A natural ability she was born with. Being part spirit, it is of no difficulty to her nor does it have any advantages or disadvantages, it's just a normal way of transporting for her. It's not flying though, and she can only levitate so high (five feet), but she does use it to boost her jumping skills, and it also enables her to use her more graceful movements on the battlefield.

Inventory / Weapon(s):

She'll mainly use her ice manipulation to get the job done, but when the weather is too hot for her, she is fighting a fire user, or there is a lack in water/ice/snow resources, she often can't use her powers properly and is forced to use her weapons instead. Passive Skills are created when Sylvia places special components into her weapons.

Glacious | Ice Sword | Passive Skills: Unmeltable; Hardened Ice |: One of the many ice-weapon's she has created; Glacious being the third she's ever made. She keeps this weapon with her at all times when she's traveling around Zion. It serves the purpose of two things; it's main purpose being to fend off enemies when she is fighting outside her snow biome, or away from a water source. The other being an emergency cold source in case she were to melt.

Unnamed | Bow | Passive Skills: None |: Just a normal bow.

Unnamed | Ice Arrows | Passive Skills: Unmeltable |: Along with the bow above, she uses these for long-range fighting in the war. The arrow tips are pre-made with her ice manipulation and given components to prevent them from melting. Upon being impaled with one of these arrows, that area of the body will then crystallize and freeze from the inside out. She often uses these arrows to freeze the ground around the enemies, leaving them more prone to slip and fall, thus rendering them open for attack.

Ice/Crystal Pendant | Accessory | Passive Skills: Stores Energy |: She no longer uses her Glacious sword, and in exchange she now keeps this necklace on her at all times. She "charges" it with energy during her downtime and in turn it keeps her body temperature at a cooler level no matter where she is, and thus makes it easier for her to manipulate her ice transformation in any biome(still weak in deserts/volcanic areas). At "full charge" it will last five days on "idle", shorter amount of time depending on the length of battle and energy she is using.

Since the beginning of Sylvia's time or... as long as she could remember, she had been alone, her first memory being when she awoke in the frozen Ganbaata Tundra with no clues as to who she was, what she was, or why she was in the frozen land. She attempted to leave the frozen lands, but quickly found discomfort in straying too far, so she turned back and remained in the tundra to fend for herself. The first person to come across her was a middle aged man, in the midst of traveling through Zion for components for the creation of magic items. He had found her curled up in the cave he originally stopped in for shelter from the snowstorm brewing outside, and had given her his spare set of clothes, something she had woken up in the tundra without. As the storm went on for days, he talked to her about anything and everything that came to mind; his adventures, his occupation, but he mostly spoke of his wife and sons, a family he adored more then anything in the world. What few questions he did ask her was often answered with silence, and it didn't take him long to figure out that she wasn't just silent, she just didn't know. In a small attempt to help the quiet girl, he spoke of stories of Snow Maiden's, a being he believed her to be. Eventually the snowstorm let up, and the man whose name she never got left to return to his family, leaving her with a small pat on the head, a smile, and a promise that he would someday return and visit her, something that warmed her heart.

Opalice

Years would go by though, and the longer it took him to return, the harder it was for her to remember those few days she spent with him. She often kept herself entertained outside in the snow, spending the time with the small snow creatures that inhabited the snow biome with her, or experimenting with her small amount of snow/ice magic. This was what she was doing when her second encounter happened; two demons with ill-intentions on the mind approached her. She had no experience with anyone outside of the man who once visited her, so she didn't sense the hostility coming from them. Ironically, this was also the third encounter, when the snow whipped around the two demons, freezing their feet to the ground almost instantly. A third man appeared between them and quickly disposed of the two demons, leaving their bodies and the pure snow bloodstained.

When the man turned to her wearing a smirk, she could do nothing but stare curiously at him until he extended his arm down to her and spoke one word; "Come.". She looked at the hand curiously, then down at her own before obeying and placing her hand in his own. She would learn that his name was Krystallos, and that like her, had the ability to manipulate snow and ice. After saving her, he took her under his wing and taught her what she needed to know in order to survive, her powers, but also informing her that she should trust no one but him. Her cruel nature was no doubt formed because of this man, even though she only spent a few years with him before he would disappear.

Because she trusted that man, she would follow his words and trust no one else. She would find enjoyment in tricking poor adventurer's who had wandered into her snowy domain and torturing them with below-zero chills, illusions that would send them in circles, and finally killing them when she grew bored of them. She was the 'Spirit of the Tundra', a mere ghost of an existence, and the locals knew nothing about her other then knowing they should stay away.

Eventually a few hundred more years would pass though, and she no longer got a thrill out of tricking the weaklings that wandered into her self-claimed domain. Krystallos would only briefly visit her before disappearing again, but other then that, the teenagers treated her area as a test of courage, the power-hungry demons sought out her powers, and on very few occasions, even her. Few of these people ever left alive, she often left the snow stained in their blood as a warning for future intruders. It never lasted long after the new snowfall. The intruders would keep coming, and satisfaction never came with them. Eventually she would stop humoring the unwanted guests all together and fall into a peaceful state of solitude.

For the years that lead up to the seal of Ares, Sylvia would entertain herself in multiple ways. Sometimes it was something as simple as carving sculpture's from the ice to decorate her "home" with, or even enhancing her abilities so she could continue to uphold her unofficial 'Spirit of the Tundra' title. Often times she would witness the War from her mountain-top, spending numerous days just staring and questioning to herself the purpose of the fighting. She knew nothing. Krystallos spoke nothing of it, other then telling her that she didn't need to get involved, reminding her that all she needed was there in her snowy biome, that she was a Snow Maiden, a loner, and she should remain that way. Even though she had always trusted his words, she couldn't help but want something different in her life.

Eventually the seal was placed upon Ares and it's people, imprisoning them within the moon. As the rest of Ares was up in chaos, her safe haven was literally glowing with beauty and life. She felt rejuvenated and more alive then she had ever felt before. Even though she knew not the facts herself, her mind couldn't help but race with the possibility that one of the stories she had heard from that man, the one who shared all those stories with her, was true. Had Snow Maiden's really come from the moon to begin with? Despite being a woman of solitude all her life, the thought of there possibly being more people like her on the moon finally enticed her to leave her domain.

Sylvia

In the thousand years that followed though, she found none. Sylvia still took great advantage of her new-found energy from the moon; finally learning of everything her mentor would not speak to her about. She learned of the War, what had brought them to the Moon, learned to fight better, and finally got more involved with her fellow Arean's for once.

When the seal was broken, Sylvia returned to the snowy tundra, only coming down when called for battle, though occasionally seen wandering the city aimlessly.

Slowly, Sylvia has become more accustomed to her new name and the ways of a Ares soldier, even so far as to participate in the Zion-wide events whenever they were held in hopes of learning how to live properly alongside her fellow Arean's. In the process of this, she has been acquainted with new people, enemies, and possibly even "friends", something she never thought she would have because of lack of a sociable trait. But alas, she was still rather distant and quiet.

It was after Halloween that she had found him, or rather he had found her. A boy, no older then eight had been sitting near her home, an area in the cold region of the Gaabunta Tundra that very few ever visited... much less a child. "I felt the magic, and knew you could help me." This had been the first thing he said to her when she had approached him. She hadn't said anything to prompt it, but the boy was talkative and told her his story easily, all the while following her the rest of the way to her home.

His name was Makaih and he didn't ask if he could stay with her, and she didn't ask if he wanted to stay with her. The two seemingly had some unspoken understanding of each other from the very beginning, and from that point on they were almost inseparable.

It was decided, however, after a rather close call with some more or less dangerous Arean's, that the two would relocate to a safer area of Zion. Because of the difficulties and possible misunderstandings, Sylvia had to make the hard decision of leaving the Arean army and joining Earthra's ranks to fight for a peace that she wanted for the charge she had grown ever so protective of. It hadn't been until she had made the switch that she felt torn by the decision.

Sylvia is a naturally distant person; having spent most of her life in the mountains alone, she secretly craves companionship after finally seeing the world outside the frozen tundra.
Her actions and personality are mainly reflected off the people she spends the most time around. She really doesn't have a personality of her own...
She's usually a passive person until someone provokes her to fight or she is on the battlefield; if that happens she's not afraid to kill them, or make it bloody. She can ultimately sense when there's someone stronger then her. Depending on their approach, she will treat them with the respect they deserve, or simply disperse into her cloud of snow/mist if she feels her life is currently being threatened by them. She values her own life and is not afraid of retreating if she knows her opponent is too strong for her. The only exception being if she is personally ordered to kill someone.
Words don't come easily for her yet, but she speaks with an air of politeness when she does and takes everything in with a calm demeanor. She's very honest because of this, although she can't seem to understand the fine line between "honest" and "rude".
She takes orders and missions very seriously, something else given to her under the influence of Krystallos... she's known to be a little pitiful because of this aspect.
There are some times that she can be happy as well. She mostly enjoys observing other people's happiness, or making other's happy in hopes of acceptance. Possibly another reason she takes her orders and missions so seriously.
She's a little slow when it comes to realizing when people are teasing her, but when she finally figures it out she can easily lose her composure.
When she does trust someone, she is very faithful and more outgoing to that person and will do whatever she can to make sure they are happy.

Random Facts:

Creating Weapons and Magic Items is one of her specialties; influenced by the first man she ever met.
She is a graceful fighter despite being a bloody one, her movement in a fight looking more like a dance.
Her diet consists of mainly souls, vegetation, fish, and cold sweets, though she can easily go without eating for years. This doesn't mean she doesn't like to eat though. For fish and vegetation, she eats the 'life force/soul' from those, and cold sweet tend to be the only thing she eats normally.
It is said that if embarrassed enough, a Snow Maiden can (figuratively) melt into a puddle. Sylvia does this literally, melting into an animated puddle as a form of hiding her embarrassment. She will also melt if she gets too hot.

Relations:

| Makaih |: Her charge/newest companion. Their relationship appears to be similar to a big sister/little brother and mother/son. In reality, Makaih seems to take care of Sylvia more so then she does him. She depends on him in a business aspect, as he takes care of their finances, and does most of the talking between the two. Despite his age, she has a very high respect for him, but she also adores him and makes sure he's happy and having fun no matter what.

| Krystallos |: One of the people she trusts the most, even if she doesn't see him often. She knows almost next to nothing about him, and she knows now that he only keeps her around to manipulate and use her, but doesn't seem to care or let it bother her.

| Exandre | : Hired as an assassin to kill her, he tricked her at first and she now feels more then mistrusting toward him. Unsure of just how strong he was, she avoided the fight and both left unscathed.

She learned of the War, what had brought them to the Moon, learned to fight better, and finally got more involved with her fellow Arean's for once.

When the seal was broken, Sylvia returned to the snowy tundra, only coming down when called for battle, though occasionally seen wandering the city aimlessly.

Slowly, Sylvia has become more accustomed to her new name and the ways of a Ares soldier, even so far as to participate in the Zion-wide events whenever they were held in hopes of learning how to live properly alongside her fellow Arean's. In the process of this, she has been acquainted with new people, enemies, and possibly even "friends", something she never thought she would have because of lack of a sociable trait. But alas, she was still rather distant and quiet.

It was after Halloween that she had found him, or rather he had found her. A boy, no older then eight had been sitting near her home, an area in the cold region of the Gaabunta Tundra that very few ever visited... much less a child. "I felt the magic, and knew you could help me." This had been the first thing he said to her when she had approached him. She hadn't said anything to prompt it, but the boy was talkative and told her his story easily, all the while following her the rest of the way to her home.

His name was Makaih and he didn't ask if he could stay with her, and she didn't ask if he wanted to stay with her. The two seemingly had some unspoken understanding of each other from the very beginning, and from that point on they were almost inseparable.

It was decided, however, after a rather close call with some more or less dangerous Arean's, that the two would relocate to a safer area of Zion. Because of the difficulties and possible misunderstandings, Sylvia had to make the hard decision of leaving the Arean army and joining Earthra's ranks to fight for a peace that she wanted for the charge she had grown ever so protective of. It hadn't been until she had made the switch that she felt torn by the decision.

Sylvia is a naturally distant person; having spent most of her life in the mountains alone, she secretly craves companionship after finally seeing the world outside the frozen tundra.
Her actions and personality are mainly reflected off the people she spends the most time around. She really doesn't have a personality of her own...
She's usually a passive person until someone provokes her to fight or she is on the battlefield; if that happens she's not afraid to kill them, or make it bloody. She can ultimately sense when there's someone stronger then her. Depending on their approach, she will treat them with the respect they deserve, or simply disperse into her cloud of snow/mist if she feels her life is currently being threatened by them. She values her own life and is not afraid of retreating if she knows her opponent is too strong for her. The only exception being if she is personally ordered to kill someone.
Words don't come easily for her yet, but she speaks with an air of politeness when she does and takes everything in with a calm demeanor. She's very honest because of this, although she can't seem to understand the fine line between "honest" and "rude".
She takes orders and missions very seriously, something else given to her under the influence of Krystallos... she's known to be a little pitiful because of this aspect.
There are some times that she can be happy as well. She mostly enjoys observing other people's happiness, or making other's happy in hopes of acceptance. Possibly another reason she takes her orders and missions so seriously.
She's a little slow when it comes to realizing when people are teasing her, but when she finally figures it out she can easily lose her composure.
When she does trust someone, she is very faithful and more outgoing to that person and will do whatever she can to make sure they are happy.

Random Facts:

Creating Weapons and Magic Items is one of her specialties; influenced by the first man she ever met.
She is a graceful fighter despite being a bloody one, her movement in a fight looking more like a dance.
Her diet consists of mainly souls, vegetation, fish, and cold sweets, though she can easily go without eating for years. This doesn't mean she doesn't like to eat though. For fish and vegetation, she eats the 'life force/soul' from those, and cold sweet tend to be the only thing she eats normally.
It is said that if embarrassed enough, a Snow Maiden can (figuratively) melt into a puddle. Sylvia does this literally, melting into an animated puddle as a form of hiding her embarrassment. She will also melt if she gets too hot.

Relations:

| Makaih |: Her charge/newest companion. Their relationship appears to be similar to a big sister/little brother and mother/son. In reality, Makaih seems to take care of Sylvia more so then she does him. She depends on him in a business aspect, as he takes care of their finances, and does most of the talking between the two. Despite his age, she has a very high respect for him, but she also adores him and makes sure he's happy and having fun no matter what.

| Krystallos |: One of the people she trusts the most, even if she doesn't see him often. She knows almost next to nothing about him, and she knows now that he only keeps her around to manipulate and use her, but doesn't seem to care or let it bother her.

| Exandre | : Hired as an assassin to kill her, he tricked her at first and she now feels more then mistrusting toward him. Unsure of just how strong he was, she avoided the fight and both left unscathed.
