I wanted to draw Effie using one of the weapons in her arsenal, her ribbon wand.
She can extend it continuously as long as she has the energy to spare and she uses it to latch onto things that are too far away for her to reach as well as to bind enemies.
It's a really useful tool, also it's really pretty. That's a plus.

Drawing Effie makes me happy, so this was good for me. <3
