Her design is really cool, I really like the Letterman shes wearing and the four leaf clover bracelet is a really cool touch, and the headphone collection is really cool, I especially like the devil horn ones, speaking of which the fact that shes a mischief maker is pretty fitting I believe.
The idea of Luck as ones power is always really interesting, and I think you've written it out quite well. She CAN have bad luck but its just hard to make her unlucky, and her being able to pass it onto others is also a cool idea.
I am interested to see though if someone will be made to be a "bad luck charm."

Luck is an interesting power to work with. It's weird how something can seem so lame and yet so op at the same time lol. But it's important to me that none of the Users are unbeatable, all it could take is a particularly clever opponent to take her down.
