Just fiddling around with my characters! Here are Emily and Hawkins, the most recent drawings. I put them in the traditional art gallery as three out of four are done with pencil and/or watercolor.anyway, the pic on thetop right is a scene in the comic I am dying to draw!
the bottom right one is Emily trying to act as girly as possible. I don't think she'll ever appear that way in the comic, but it was fun to draw!
I am hating my computer right now...

this Story looks amazing! i love Sherlock Holmes and when i came across this i was hooked to your characters right away. Hawkins is such a perfect character, i can see it in his expression. Congrats on the publish, i can read french so i might purchase it. seems like a wonderful story. keep up the great work! ^^

Besides that. Delightful gallery, unique yet classic style, same goes for characters. A nice balance between fandom and original work. I like the style of the lower left Emily best I think. The colouring seems to be as much period-fitting as the outfit and name.
Hope you don't mind but I will be watching you (and not in the stalker sense neither. As some say; PUH-LEEZ)
Seriously though, the shoes. Did you draw them from ones you own? That I can hopefully find online and therefor own myself?

Those are all awesome. I like the style of the one in the top left, really neat, cool to see you doing something different. Their expressions on the top right one are really nicely done! And the bottom left one is just plain pretty, I looooooooove the way you've drawn her face there... and the colouring is super deluxe.

this is great stuff, I'm really growing quite fond of your characters... if ever published, I'll have to purchase (and then hire a translator unless it's in english)..... wish you weren't so busy, and I didn't have so many in queue, I'd request a commission.... really great stuff

Moi aussi je meurs de voir Emily refaire son noeud de cravate a Hawkins! 
Je fonds devant ton Emily qui essaie de jouer la grande dame (quelle belle taille de guepe! *snif*) ainsi que la demoiselle une fois de plus a la "marguerite sauvage". Superbe! De toute facon, j'adore les recherches, etc.

merci pour ton sympathique commentaire sur Emily! mais bon, les corsets, ca y est pour beaucoup dans les tailles fines! en fait j'aimerai bien caser ce look a un moment donné (genre Hawkins qui en a marre denues immondes d'emily et qui la force à venir habillée plus "normalement", je ne sais pas trop).
pour ce qui est de la cravate, c'est au tout début... un petit incident de tasse de café! XD

merci beaucoup! vu que je suis dans une sorte de dernière ligne droite, j'ai besoin de me prouver un peu, en quelque sorte. Quand j'ai reçu le contrat, je me suis dit "super, voilà ce qui va me redonner un poil plus confiance en moi" et en réalité, c'est plutôt le contraire qui est arrivé... Je me dis "aaarg je ne suis pas à la hauteur!! les gens vont jamais accrocher à ça!"... C'est un peu pénible... Si seulement je pouvais controler tout ça, grrr!
