I love stuff like this. I was talking to our developers and asking whether we could include them in the mmo and they said sure! We'll probably make them new forms, but just keep the stats the same or something. It will be just a visual difference.These are not fan-made, they are completely official and canon, just look em up on google!
I EDITED OFFICIAL SPRITES TO MAKE THESE.

Barring Scrafty, I thought the PokΓ©mon here prefer having their coverings? I mean, it's really neat to see these visual differences sprited so well, but I can't see any of these PokΓ©mon preferring these forms for a long period of time.

Yeah I know it makes no sense. I guess vanillite at least could look like that if it's adapted to warmer surroundings and the has no need for the snow that covers it. With the dwebble maybe they'd be faster? I mean they attack with their pincers, and they still have those right?
It's just meant to be like a neat easter egg or something.

I could think the dwebble and crustle being like that if they are currently searching for a shell?
I'd almost like to see them have reduced defense and increased speed, but it might be too unintuitive for the player, especially if you couldn't change them between the two forms or anything.

I can see definitely see Vanillite for warmer climates. And I can kind of see a shell-less Dwebble with higher speed and a lower defense, which is sort of what Game Freak did the line's Weak Armor abilty.
It'd be a really fun easter egg, though!
