Spyro in his last breath, He admits his love to the Black dragoness. His life force exausted, unable to keep his body standing as he loses his grip and slides off. The last thing he sees before he closes his eyes is Cynder's sleeping form...
Some time later.
A confused Cynder wakes up. Her body in great condition save for the spot of blood left on her once wounded chest. trying to put two and two together as to what is going on. she recalls the bad events into her past to contemplate this place isnt an afterlife paradise nor a hellish inferno. she hasn't yet noticed Spyro laying right next to her.
Yes I killed Spyro in the first chapter. Im sorry about that... But just wait and see what happens next. (and try not to cry)

This is why I loved the spyro character in the los trilogy. that he never gives ups on what is right
