Not much difference between the two really. The most noticeable is the surround bumper on the '70 that the '69 didn't have. Either way this is still a way cool pic and well done resto/mod all the way to having the color matched. I can't remember the General Lee having the Confederate battle emblem as a tag on the front although the police cars did.

Thank you! The General was a '69, but this was built using a '70, so most likely to the persons personal taste.

actually, they used some 1968 and 1970 chargers, but they were remodeled to look like a '69.
