Hello and welcome! Hope you are enjoying dA so far! 
I was not sure what style I was drawing until recently - but someone on this site has told me it is called 'Horror Vacui' where as much blank space is filled as possible. 
It was not a conscious decision to draw like this though it sort of grew out of habit and feels the most natural when trying to express myself.

Wow! but i say that cos you created it you name it yourself , you can make history one day,for example this as instructors will teach and introduce artworks they will say hey students this is e.g kylebjart style and it became famous in the last centuries, haha it will be awesome! i envy you!! that's an honor to talk to a history maker at field of art! well i insist again on your renaming! that person may assimilate it with other things! Good luck and have a great time with creating exotic artworks!

There are plenty of Horror Vacui artists out there to look for - it has been around for hundreds of years It is often associated with mental illness but also used in religious carvings and gothic architecture.

I just try super hard not to smudge and do a bit of clean up afterwards with an eraser. Other than that - luck!

As for my laundry? Them whites inevitably get ruined by ink blots all over the place. Sad times!!

Thank you very much These pieces usually take about 10-12 hours, but that is a guess as it is usually over several sittings.
