Something makes me want to say this is closer to a Looney Tunes design than your last picture of Mabel, but I can't quite say why or even if I'm sure. Maybe an older WB style is in play, or she's so adorable here as she floats and smiles with unbridled joy that I can't really concentrate. Whatever the case, she looks really sweet.
