"Hey! What are you doing lookin' at me on the internet, huh?"

My first model of 2023 is none other than Sesame Street's resident curmudgeon, Oscar the Grouch! During the Christmas season this past year, I discovered that Hobby Lobby was selling lots of ugly looking "Grinch fur" items in their selection of Christmas decor. I saw that fur and immediately thought of another ill-tempered fellow who's furry and green that I've always wanted to make! A little internet research to find an appropriately sized trash can followed, and it was off to the races!

Oscar stands about 11 1/2 inches tall. And, even though he'll always be displayed in his trash can, I did make him as a full-bodied character who can stand on his own. But he definitely looks more at home inside his beloved trash can!

Well, anyway, you've looked at him long enough. Now SCRAM!!!
