Description
A dark corner emitted sadnessWhile the rest of the room was full of sunny bliss
A woman died in China
While a baby was born in Spain
Death looms everywhere
Most of the world doesn't care
Death once lingered at my side
I was lucky to have survived
Pain is excruciating to the receiver
But fun for the giver
Heartless, solitaire
Tightening around a child's throat
Death has no antidote
Keener than everyone
Taking babies' lives, unsung
Death comes to those who are strong
Death comes to those that are wronged
After death what comes next? Eternity?
My heartβs with Him spiritually.

Hey, this is nice for the thoughts. But the ryhming seems very forced at times and the last sentence doesn't really seem to complete the poem.

I like how you expressed your thoughts... but... the rhymes seemed a little forced around certain lines...
