Oh no, she still does supernatural things...she just rationalizes it away with ludicrous justifications.
Watch a few episodes of the X-Files and this commission will make more sense.

It does seem like she's doing it to tweak Mulder's buttons, but that's just my interpretation.

Just from that, I constructed this weird, elaborate scenario where they find the Mask, decide to put it on to see if it's legit, they draw straws or something, Scully gets first go... and proceeds to do almost nothing with that power, just to rub it in Mulder's face. I can see him fuming, like "Ooh, just wait until it's MY turn with that mask"

I could see it as an episode like Je Souhaite (the one with the genie), where they're investigating a third party causing trouble with it, and then in the last third Scully would get it--and then proceed to straight-face rationalize everything she did as non-magical. Mulder would practically blow a blood vessel.
