And you know......when I stop and think about it, I could *kinda* see this happening in the manga. Not as part of the main storyline - that would be too dramatic a change - but perhaps as a one-shot, or a sidestory. 

I'm sure DC fans will probably want to see my reasoning, so I hope you'll entertain me a bit. 

First is Sonoko's body. Those of us who're familiar with the series know that her current (and seemingly permanent) boyfriend Makoto is as skilled in martial arts as Ran. She's also deeply in love with him, and the feelings he has for her are mutual. If something in the series were to deal Sonoko's psyche a powerful blow - such as Makoto and Ran both getting KO'ed by a stronger opponent, or something equally or marginally more tragic - there's a faint but distinct possibility she would take up martial arts herself as a means of defending their honor, or simply as a method of keeping up with them. (Fighting skills would come in potentially handy for whenever she decides to play detective, but that's a theory for another time.)

Second is Ran's clothes. I've seen my fair share of OVAs and doujinshi where Ran would compromise fashion with practicality whenever the situation warranted, but there have also been those few times where Ran relaxed enough to wear feminine clothes and accessories - such as being invited out to dinner with family or friends. Assuming it's the summer (and her father is nowhere to be found) it would be hard but not impossible for Sonoko to convince her to wear such a revealing outfit. 

And finally is Conan's new look, which is the most debatable but also the most interesting. Let's say Haibara created another experimental antidote for APTX 4869, but had to use Ran's DNA as a base. It's possible (but highly unlikely) that she gave Ran the antidote in place of normal powder blush. The powder would be absorbed into Conan's body much more quickly than if it were in tablet form, and involving Ran's DNA could change Conan's genetic makeup in the process (which could also influence his personality to become a mix of his and Ran's.) In the series, Haibara creates two experimental antidotes to APTX 4869, one of which originating from an OVA. While one of them was weaker than the first, the second one caused nightmares - suggesting that these antidotes have the potential to alter or influence the mind as much as altering the body. If that rang true in this case, Conan's personality would make him more accepting of wearing those clothes - again, provided that Sonoko convinced him to wear them.

im still in the first two hundred episodes, is this based off of the anime or manga?

The anime is a faithful follower of the manga, so it's basically based off of both. Unlike SOME anime I could name.....

and all this argument is entirely respectable, personally, I like to highlight the sexy side of a girl, although sometimes, they seem to never would expose as easy XD
I enjoyed the show as much as I imagine it would do any good fan, read some mangas a few years ago, but still, it's nice to see your favorite character with a different face than usual XD

Indeed. But I wonder......d'you think someone might actually make this into a doujinshi in the future? It'd be awesome if they did!
