Hi, quite a few, but the main ones to get this look was lots of b/w adjustment layers in CS6,s et to overlay, but some levels, hue saturation adjustments and highpass sharpening over a gaussian blur.

There were also a lot of colour adjustments layers and some lighting added with with a wacom tablet
