It's ok, but what about her clothes? Such as shirt, pants/dress, shoes, gloves and accessories, etc.
Adding some other details later on would be nice too, such as age, likes/dislikes, hobbies, favorite things and such.

Despite it being hard, it's just a part of making an oc, and if it's really that hard, you can start with the basics, adding a simple long sleeved shirt, simple pants and shoes, simple. You can improve it later on.
