A submission for a recent Daz challenge.Setting up over 200 bubbles by hand was a real "chore".

...actually it's a parody of the old Ajax floor cleaner commercials from the 1960s which used the slogan "Cleans Like a White Tornado"

Of course I should have realised it wasn't Dorothy - no sparkly red shoes (awful) I vaguely remember the Ajax commercial now that you mention it.
Nice bit of photoshopping or similar program (I assume?)
(were you perhaps also influenced by the Wizard of Oz story as well?)

...actually the work was done entirely in Daz Studio. Don't have Photoshop (can't afford it).
My visual influence for this was Norman Rockwell.
The challenge this was created for was one where I had to pick four random items from my Daz content library and develop a coherent scene with them. For this one it was the Mop and Bucket, the Penny Farthing Bicycle, the Tornado, and the Pose (from a set of poses) the Salesman is in.
