Nope, nope, nothing like that. xD I had a dream where we were cosplaying Sora and Riku. Don't remember much else except when I woke up I reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaally wanted to cosplay Sora. It's kinda funny, considering Riku's my favorite out of the two of them. (Always has been, always will be. xD) I love Sora and I love cosplaying Sora, I just like Riku better.

So basically you were trying to sleep and your brain was like, "YOU MUST DO THIS! LOOK AT HOW FUN THIS WILL BE!" 
I sort of have that same character problem. My girlfriend wants me to cosplay Wonder Man with her and I physically don't have the build or body type to do it and I would have to literally grow a full foot and become a bodybuilder for years to even come close

Yeah, more or less that's how it went. xD I don't even know why I dreamed that. I don't think I'd been playing or even thinking about Kingdom Hearts or anything. In any case, it's gone over quite well and Sora is one of my top favorite cosplays~
Mm, I don't think I know what Wonder Man looks like, but given the description...maybe get a muscle suit and shoe lifts? xD

And just because I'm looking right now, another issue will be finding the right wig. x_x For Sora, I'm not finding the wig I used, which kinda makes me sad, 'cause no other wig will work as well in my opinion.

I've never shipped anything out of the country before, but I can always learn. =] I'd have to look up shipping prices and all that fun stuff. Though the only major challenge there would be would be the spikes falling apart via shipping, if you were to commission the Sora wig, for instance. I don't know how I'd prevent that from happening. I'll also warn you, anything I style that has spikes does eventually start to fall flat a little bit. The hairspray breaks down over time. If you have Got2bGlued hairspray over there though, there is a chance you could fix it up yourself. Also, anything I style would be styled roughly to my head size, so please keep that in mind. =] If you still want to try this out, we can discuss more details.

He made the main body out of pvc pipe and the blade/handguard out of plastic. =] He said if he reworks it, he'll probably make the blade/handguard out of wood so it's not as flimsy or generally weak.

nice, do you know how he shapes plastic? ie, what tools and stuff? kinda thinking about getting into it myself

He drew out the shape in a piece of plastic and then used a dremel tool to cut it out. =] Any details and specifics beyond that you'll have to ask him.
