So a new mail just alerted me not too long ago of a new watcher.Iv'e been seeing her OC for a while now. At a second glance, the design is brilliant.
I love how the eyelashes stand out with the horn and hooves. Very pretty. One thing I do want to note to the creator is the overly-sparkly mane and tail...It seems to mimic Luna's a bit, but that's probably the design they wanted. It does add a "mysterious" air to it.
DAT HORN THOUGH. Very cool.

*I noticed how she always has her head bowed in some way, so I incorporated that into the drawing...*

Though the stars in her mane and tail are a little different.
