EDIT: 21/09/2012 Complete recolor is done...All I can say about this one is nightmares...
The first time I tried a vector like this and it's not perfect (far from it) But I learned a lot ( Paint bucket and the blurs don't go well together due too the layers that are a gigantic mess. which is also why the lines are not realy smooth)
I can fix it all but that will require a full recolor and some time which I don't have since I want to put it into to the Double-You-Vectors group contest that end in 3 days? (RECOLOR IS DONE!)

The shading is very nice on this image I'm not sure I like the lines in her stomach and I would have gone with more of a gradient or a larger blur on her breasts but the rest is great!
I really like the hair on this, great job there.
There are a few problems with the eyes unless you were going for a "derpy" look to them, They are looking is slightly different directions, they are not circular i.e. they are a little wobbly and should have probably have been done with the circle tool and they are different sizes, the different sizes are what gives it the "derpy" look.
I actually like the "derpy" look that the image has it gives the pic a lot more character.
Also reading through your notes are giving me flashbacks to the first time I tried to use the live paint tool and gradients and blurs, it drove me crazy.

The concept is definitely solid, and it's an overall good vector. I mean, yeah, there's issues, but you know that and whatnot. And it's not even that she's cross-eyed, ~magenta-anbu , it's more that the pupils are 2 different sizes.

The shading on the skin is great. Good job. However the eyes... she looks a bit crosseyed if you know what i mean. Might be worth looking into correcting that. Other than that. Great

Yeah looking back at the eyes they do look kinda weird.
Another thing to do when I recolor the whole dang thing!
