He was from some kind of show where there was some girl (not a cartoon girl a real girl in an actual room) and in the TV was Izzy. Izzy and that girl were talking to you and when you call their number you can play the game with your phone. I can't really explain but i always enjoyed watching it *.* Maybe you can find it on youtube or something idk
